Vinoski Kokot-Kessler, 77, of Connellsville (Bullskin Township) passed away peacefully Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018, at her home, while surrounded by her loving family.She was born June 19, 1941, in South Connellsville, a daughter of the late John P. and Angela “Nellie” Omatick Vinoski.She was a graduate of Connellsville High School with the Class of 1959. She was the former owner of the Country Squire Lodge. She was a former member of the former Holy Trinity R. C. Church and is now a member of the Partner Parish of St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church in Connellsville.Cecilia will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her loving family: her husband of 30 years, Richard L. Kessler; her children, Paul F. Kokot and wife Janet of Morgantown, W.Va., Cindy Kokot-Kostik and husband Jeffrey of Oakdale, and Marianne Kokot-Kaylor and husband Bart of Connellsville; her grandchildren, Brittani Swearingen and husband Joey, Bo Christian Kokot, Blakeley Herrilko, and Cameron Kostik; her great-grandchild, Luca Kai Swearingen; her sisters, Theresa Ranker and husband Joseph of Dunbar and Caroline Zinnoska of South Connellsville; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved dearly.In addition to her parents, Cecilia was predeceased by her first husband, Paul F. Kokot, who passed away in 1982; and her brothers, Joseph and George Vinoski.Family and friends will be received from noon to 3 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, the hour of a Blessing Service, in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville, 724- 628-1430, with the Rev.
